Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions All persons must be aged 18 years or older.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 per person must be payed within 7 days of booking any tour.
Final payment must be made 7 days prior to departure or immediately after booking is confirmed.
Please re-confirm your booking at least 24 hours prior to departure.
All fares are accurate at the time of printing. Should there be an unforseen fare increase fares will be confirmed at time of payment.
Due to the extensive planning involved with touring a strict cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation of any booking 6 days or more prior to the departure date will lead to loss of deposit.
Cancellation less than 6 days prior to departure the date will result in total loss of payment.
An ‘Exclusion of Liability’ form is to be signed by all passengers before departing on any tour.
