Margaret River Guest House is steeped in history and exudes old world charm. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is only a two minute stroll into the Town centre which includes restaurants, galleries shops and more. We are only a stones throw from a network of shady river walk trails waiting to be explored.

Margaret River Guest House has 7 rooms in total which can accommodate up to 14 guests. 5 beautiful rooms with en-suite and 1 Family suite which will sleep 4 with ensuite. All rooms have modern decor, with LCD TV/DVD, Reverse cycle air-conditioned, tea and coffee facilities, private fridges and the beds have electric blankets. 2 rooms can be made up to accommodate a third person if requested at the time of booking.

The central lounge and seperate dining room are for the exclusive use of the guests. The lounge has a wood fire, making for a cosy spot in the winter months.

The Guest House exudes old world charm and today with its rambling facade, wide verandahs all framed by an acre of gardens. It is a delightful place just to relax and unwind.

We will happily assist those who would like to explore this beautiful region with its many wineries, gift and craft shops, galleries, beaches, caves and many other scenic spots.

Our Guest House is an ideal venue for special events in the region which include the Margaret River Wine Festival and the annual concerts which are held at the Leeuwin Estate.

Directions: When arriving in Margaret River from Busselton turn right off the Bussell Highway into Tunbridge Street, immediately before the Tourism Information Centre and then first right into Valley Road.

Cancellations made within fourteen days of the booked arrival date will be charged at the full rate for the first night and at fifty percent for any subsequent nights of any such booking. If we are able to re-book the room a full refund may apply. Any cancellation made with less than forty eight hours notice will not be refunded. Bookings that are made for the period between the 1st December and the 30th January ALL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS and SPECIAL EVENT and PEAK PERIODS throughout the year have a no refund policy. The proprietors reserve the right to alter these conditions without prior written notice.
